We own a large factory base HQ, with a vast range of facilities, allowing us to be in full control whilst shot-blasting, powder coating, stove enamelling and air-dry finishes, on any substrate. This allows us to accommodate virtually any size asset providing it is road transportable.
In-house facilities comprise of 1800m² including 4 wet back spray booths, up to 7m wide, 3 box re-circulating ovens, up to 8m in length and in addition, we have 60m² of shot-blasting room.
If we have anything too large for blast room or ovens, we simply set up makeshift tented covers in our large outside areas, with air filters to collect dust and produce exactly the same quality and turnaround.
We run a bespoke step by step recording system, for control and full accountability for all incoming work, outgoing work and all purchasing supplies.
Every item is photographed, counted, cross-referenced with a purchase order and entered onto a job card, which stays with each job through the complete process. Making sure everything matches the purchase orders, any discrepancies are dealt with immediately, so as not to hinder delivery expectation.
This all enables us to be in full control of our finishing processes from beginning through to completion.
Quality control passes a 200% inspection method followed with protection wraps, packs and labels, completed to customers’ recommendations. All ready to be delivered to the end user.
